Today is monday again I reflect on lastweek memory verse...hosted at The power of Your Love.
Lately i like to see the different translations and now a bloggyfriend Laurie-Ann posted in one of her interesting post to dive deeper in the word with http://www.blueletterbible.org/search.cfm
I had a lot of to think about....Here some of my findings...
Jeremiah 17:9-10 (The Message)
9-10"The heart is hopelessly dark and deceitful,
a puzzle that no one can figure out.
But I, God, search the heart
and examine the mind.
I get to the heart of the human.
I get to the root of things.
I treat them as they really are,
not as they pretend to be."
King James Version
9The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?
10I the LORD search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings.
English Standard Version
9The heart is deceitful above all things,
and desperately sick;
who can understand it?
10 "I the LORD search the heart
and test the mind,
to give every man according to his ways,
according to the fruit of his deeds."
