WEEKLY MEMORY VERSE ~ JOHN 1; 1-2 ~

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God,
and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God.

John 1:1-2 (NASB)

Again this is the Weekly Memory Verse from
The Power of Your Love

Memorizing this was not so dificult. The gospel of John is so important to read and special.To hear the words of this gospel in a film movie made a lasting impact on me i remember some years ago.

Here you can see this verse in it's context!

Weekend Reflection!

Well this is what my kids did this 1st week of there summerholiday!!
The playing area was in our neighbourhood and "youthworkers" planned activity's with them in the afternoon.

We had our fussing around this 1st week ...I get irritated when it looks like my dd and son (8 and 10yo) are constantly arguing about who is looking witch television program....,who is showering 1st.........When i say clean -up this or that they give eachother the fault.....

But all this are not mayor things.......I let them be and learn to deal with eachother...normally they are at school the mayor part of the day ...so holiday brings new experiences between them and also for me.......

This was a week of leisure for me at home more due to the weather because when i have a free day or holiday ; i love to be more outside our apartment with the kids going to stroll around on markets or one of the beautifull city parks,biking around..... Eating ice-cream or drinking a cold drink on a terras in this metropolitan city we live in.

I think i picture a little my week thought to join in at Cascia with this meme. Different than the others i do during the week and so giving a peek in my daily life.
All have a blessed sunday and i will leave you with a beautifull song of Don moen

SUPER SUNDAY~ PRAISE HIM OUR CREATOR KING ~

Psalm 148

1-5 Hallelujah! Praise God from heaven,
praise him from the mountaintops;
Praise him, all you his angels,
praise him, all you his warriors,
Praise him, sun and moon,
praise him, you morning stars;
Praise him, high heaven,
praise him, heavenly rain clouds;
Praise, oh let them praise the name of God—
he spoke the word, and there they were!

6 He set them in place
from all time to eternity;
He gave his orders,
and that's it!

7-12 Praise God from earth,
you sea dragons, you fathomless ocean deeps;
Fire and hail, snow and ice,
hurricanes obeying his orders;
Mountains and all hills,
apple orchards and cedar forests;
Wild beasts and herds of cattle,
snakes, and birds in flight;
Earth's kings and all races,
leaders and important people,
Robust men and women in their prime,
and yes, graybeards and little children.

13-14 Let them praise the name of God—
it's the only Name worth praising.
His radiance exceeds anything in earth and sky;
he's built a monument—his very own people!
Praise from all who love God!
Israel's children, intimate friends of God.
Hallelujah!

QUOTE from LYSA TERKEUST!! (from " A MESS")
I'm convinced there's a reason the first four letters of Messiah spell mess. We need Him. Only the Messiah can take our mess and turn it into a untangled message of hope, forgiveness, and ultimately love.
