Psalm 72:12 Christ says, "If you ask anything of the Father in my name, he will give it to you." John 16:23 Even as you delivered the needy and the afflicted in the time of the Psalmist, O loving Father, we know that you can likewise deliver us today in times of adversity through your son Jesus, in whose name we pray. Amen.
